Showbiz is just brilliant. What makes it particularly marvellous is the fact that it’s a debut album. It doesn’t happen often that a debut album is very good. But Muse have made a superior one. All of the songs are great. Particularly, Unintended, Muscle Museum, and Uno are simply fantastic. Although this was just their debut album they had already moulded their own style: wonderful falsetto, great contrasts, and amazing piano sections like the ones in Fillip and Cave.
