Why the tabs are free

In the past, some of the content on this website was behind a paywall. However, I increasingly felt that I should not be restricting people from learning their favorite songs.

I think back to nights when I was a teen, spending hours upon hours learning my favorite songs on guitar using free tab websites. Without that experience, there’s no way I would have become the musician I am proud to call myself today. Who do I have to thank for that? The website developers and managers who spent their time maintaining those sites.

It fills me with great joy that I can pay it forward and do the same for thousands of ukulele players.
