It’s finally here and it’s definitely splitting everyone’s opinion. My first impression was WTF is this? However, I couldn’t help but go back and listen, and then again and again. I have had it on repeat since its release day and its quickly becoming a classic in my opinion. I do understand why some fans might feel alienated by it and I agree it does lack the pace that you traditionally find on an AM album. The mega riffs are few and far between and Matts drumming seem very subdued. But bands like this have to evolve and try new things otherwise they are going to become stale and stagnant. Im a fan of the album for sure. What do you think about it? Today we are going to learn the Tranquility Base Hotel & Casino Ukulele TABS.
Did you know this is the 6th Arctic Monkeys album I have arranged for the ukulele? You can see them all here. That includes Whatever People Say I Am, Favourite Worst Nightmare, Humbug and AM.

Four out of five
For to sound the best it can be, you need to be using a low G. You could get away without it but you will be losing the bass notes which will take away the mighty sound of it.
science fiction
This is my favourite part of the song. It’s a mega guitar, synth and vocal playoff. We are mimicking the guitar riffs during this part.
batphone
Another beautiful little breakdown. This just sounds great on the ukulele.
