I, like many, others took a while to really get Pink Floyd. I knew some big tracks like Another Brick In The Wall and Money but I would not have called my self a fan by no means. Yet, I always saw their albums sitting high on the greatest albums of all time lists. What was the big deal? I need to give these lot a go I said to myself. I knew I needed to commit to them so I grabbed my headphones before bed, took my self in, hit play and closed my eyes.
wow….
A musical journey like nothing I had heard before. Every second of it is magical. Deep rumbling bass lines, fluid guitar licks and thunderous drumming. They all combine to create a dense overwhelming psychedelic unforgettable musical experience. This truly is one of the greatest albums of all time.
This video is part of a project I’m working on. I’m learning to play my favourite albums on a ukulele. If you enjoyed it why not check out some other classic albums that I arranged. Like Fleetwood Mac or Black Sabbath.
